In an office located near Guting MRT Station, we applied thermal insulation to all exterior walls and replaced all existing glazing with double-glazed windows. For indoor air quality and energy efficiency, a heat recovery ventilation (ERV) system was installed to provide a comfortable and energy-efficient working environment for the client. As the space serves both as an office and a yoga practice studio, strict requirements were placed on acoustic performance. High airtightness was therefore a key design strategy, effectively reducing external noise intrusion and significantly improving indoor comfort.
