Taoyuan Passive House Multi-Unit Residential Building

This project incorporates Passive House design, with exterior walls equipped with high-performance thermal insulation. BWK assisted the client in applying for the Taiwan Green Building Label – Gold Candidate (Residential Category). The application evaluated key indicators including greening, site water retention, daily energy savings, CO₂ reduction, indoor environmental quality, and water resources, with excellent performance achieved in daily energy savings.
