Miaoli Passive House Multi-Unit Residential Building (Applying for PHI Certification)

This project is invested and developed by 晴美建設 to create a healthy and comfortable future residential building. The design and planning are carried out by the BWK GreenArchitecture team, utilizing Passive House technology to achieve a nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB). The project is expected to complete Passive House certification by the Passive House Institute (PHI) in 2025, shaping a new benchmark for future residential architecture.
